N\u00f3s os tranquilizamos, diagnosticamos o problema e acionamos um operador de nossas centrais de atendimento internas.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00edder mundial em servi\u00e7os de seguro residencial, com 8 milh\u00f5es de clientes e mais de um bilh\u00e3o em receita, as centrais de atendimento da HomeServe na Fran\u00e7a lidam com 170.000 interven\u00e7\u00f5es de clientes por ano, ou seja, uma a cada tr\u00eas minutos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como esse tipo de tr\u00e1fego pode sobrecarregar qualquer central de atendimento, a HomeServe se perguntou: \u201cComo podemos usar a an\u00e1lise de fala e a IA para melhorar a efici\u00eancia e o atendimento ao cliente? Como podemos entender melhor nossos clientes e melhorar sua experi\u00eancia telef\u00f4nica?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>O que trouxemos para a mesa<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cQuando a HomeServe escolheu a Artefact como parceira, sab\u00edamos que eles j\u00e1 haviam desenvolvido um chatbot e estavam trabalhando com o Google Assistant e a Amazon Alexa, mas t\u00ednhamos muitas ideias para levar as coisas adiante\u201d, explica Hanan Ouazan, Diretor - Data Science VP, na Artefact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNossa primeira atitude foi ajudar a orient\u00e1-los para uma estrat\u00e9gia de \u2018fazer\u2019 em vez de \u2018comprar\u2019, pois sab\u00edamos que somente um ativo propriet\u00e1rio poderia atender a todos os seus objetivos - n\u00e3o porque gostemos de solu\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas complexas, mas porque, para ser eficaz, uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser adaptada \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e combinar tecnologia e habilidades\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas como poder\u00edamos demonstrar o valor comercial de um ativo propriet\u00e1rio que ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1vamos prontos para construir? As partes interessadas precisavam de uma prova de conceito...<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cT\u00ednhamos que mostrar que a an\u00e1lise de fala era uma tecnologia madura o suficiente para criar valor comercial, e t\u00ednhamos que fazer isso em quest\u00e3o de semanas\u201d, explica Mickael. \u201cAdotamos uma filosofia de trabalho de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de lan\u00e7amento no mercado, o que significa que, embora n\u00e3o estejamos prontos para construir toda a arquitetura agora, j\u00e1 estamos construindo componentes principais de longo prazo, como os algoritmos que usaremos quando industrializarmos a solu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como o tempo era curto, o Artefact formou uma for\u00e7a-tarefa multidisciplinar que se reuniu todos os dias para analisar dois casos de uso durante quatro semanas. O objetivo era obter um MVP (ou seja, um produto m\u00ednimo vi\u00e1vel capaz de nos ajudar a receber rapidamente o feedback do usu\u00e1rio para iterar e aprimorar o produto). <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conquistar o amor de nossos acionistas).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>O que isso significa para a HomeServe<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanto para o Artefact quanto para o HomeServe, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artefact.com\/br\/cases\/artificial-intelligence-applied-to-the-insurance-sector-the-future-of-contact-centres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudo de caso<\/a> Os resultados provaram que a an\u00e1lise de discurso \u00e9 uma tecnologia madura. \u201c\u00c9 claro que ela n\u00e3o \u00e9 m\u00e1gica e ainda precisa da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o humana, mas est\u00e1 pronta para criar valor para nossos neg\u00f3cios\u201d, comentou Mickael.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cH\u00e1 outros insights imediatamente acion\u00e1veis que a HomeServe obteve em nosso workshop de quatro semanas e que podem ser usados para melhorar n\u00e3o apenas a efici\u00eancia do call center e a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente, mas tamb\u00e9m o sucesso dos agentes do call center - e o atendimento\u201d, acrescentou Hanan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoje, quando os clientes ligam com emerg\u00eancias de encanamento, aquecimento ou eletricidade, a HomeServe est\u00e1 em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o melhor do que nunca para ajud\u00e1-los mais r\u00e1pido do que nunca.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E tudo
