O diagrama abaixo ilustra as quatro fases de tais destinos tur\u00edsticos. O foco est\u00e1 na cria\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta de valor do destino a fim de come\u00e7ar a desenvolver a estrat\u00e9gia de marketing para aumentar as taxas de visita\u00e7\u00e3o e atrair turistas. O objetivo nessa fase inicial \u00e9 atrair visitantes dom\u00e9sticos, portanto, os esfor\u00e7os de marketing devem se concentrar nesse segmento de turistas.<\/p>\n<p>Nessa etapa, \u00e9 igualmente importante capitalizar os ativos naturais do destino para criar uma oferta tur\u00edstica b\u00e1sica. Os estudos de caso bem-sucedidos destacam uma abordagem de \u201coferta m\u00ednima vi\u00e1vel\u201d de baixo investimento, em que o conselho de turismo ou a autoridade do destino realiza eventos no destino para promover locais naturais espec\u00edficos e desenvolve op\u00e7\u00f5es de acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1veis e com pouca constru\u00e7\u00e3o, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece experi\u00eancias indulgentes no ecossistema natural do destino para atrair os primeiros visitantes com experi\u00eancia em viagens (\u201caventureiros\u2019). O investimento do governo tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio para desenvolver a infraestrutura essencial (por exemplo, transporte, servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos etc.) para que os turistas possam acessar o destino com facilidade e ter comodidades b\u00e1sicas \u00e0 sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez que essas iniciativas estejam em andamento, os conselhos de turismo ou as autoridades do destino devem come\u00e7ar a se envolver com as operadoras de turismo (TOs), ag\u00eancias de viagem (TAs) e empresas de gerenciamento de destinos (DMCs) para criar pacotes de viagem dentro do destino, j\u00e1 que os turistas n\u00e3o estariam preparados para fazer reservas diretas. No m\u00ednimo, devem ser feitos esfor\u00e7os para incentivar as TOs, TAs e DMCs a incluir o destino como parte de seus pacotes mais amplos (por exemplo, como uma viagem de um dia ou pernoite no caminho para um destino \u201cestabelecido\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente, \u00e9 fundamental que os conselhos de turismo ou as autoridades do destino comecem a coletar sistematicamente data para entender a experi\u00eancia do turista. As pr\u00e1ticas recomendadas nesse est\u00e1gio incluem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisas para capturar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o e os pontos problem\u00e1ticos e a probabilidade de endosso dos primeiros visitantes; essas m\u00e9tricas devem ser comparadas com os pontos problem\u00e1ticos e as del\u00edcias dos destinos concorrentes para identificar as \u00e1reas priorit\u00e1rias de melhoria.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom-small:8px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:50;line-height:1.2;\">2 - A fase de \u201csurgimento<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>O destino agora atrai \u201ccriadores de tend\u00eancias\u201d, turistas que respondem aos esfor\u00e7os de marketing, est\u00e3o dispostos a se envolver e intrigados com as experi\u00eancias dos \u201caventureiros\u201d e querem seguir o exemplo. Nesse est\u00e1gio, os esfor\u00e7os de marketing devem se concentrar em cristalizar a proposta de valor do destino para come\u00e7ar a atrair visitantes internacionais.<\/p>\n<p>Os conselhos de turismo ou as autoridades do destino devem agora tomar medidas para estimular o investimento dom\u00e9stico privado, envolvendo grandes empresas locais. Essas empresas devem ser incentivadas a investir na expans\u00e3o das ofertas de turismo no destino, desde a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de melhores op\u00e7\u00f5es de acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novas atra\u00e7\u00f5es e experi\u00eancias. Ao mesmo tempo, as iniciativas do governo devem continuar a expandir a infraestrutura existente.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda haver\u00e1 uma depend\u00eancia de TAs, TOs e DMCs para criar pacotes de viagem e impulsionar a demanda tur\u00edstica, mas agora eles podem ser direcionados a visitantes internacionais. Al\u00e9m disso, deve-se observar que os esfor\u00e7os para construir uma presen\u00e7a em agregadores de viagens on-line (OTAs, por exemplo, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, etc.) bem conhecidos devem come\u00e7ar nessa fase, pois leva tempo para construir visibilidade nessas plataformas.<\/p>\n<p>A coleta de Data para medir a experi\u00eancia tur\u00edstica deve continuar e se expandir por meio do lan\u00e7amento de pesquisas para visitantes internacionais tamb\u00e9m. Portanto, o marketing deve se concentrar na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de atra\u00e7\u00f5es e experi\u00eancias espec\u00edficas e visar segmentos tur\u00edsticos selecionados, aproveitando a an\u00e1lise de marketing de precis\u00e3o para aumentar as taxas de convers\u00e3o e o ROI do marketing.<\/p>\n<p>O conselho de turismo ou a autoridade do destino deve incentivar ativamente o investimento estrangeiro direto, buscando parcerias com os principais participantes globais do setor; isso expandir\u00e1 a oferta tur\u00edstica criada pelos participantes nacionais, trazendo mais op\u00e7\u00f5es de acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o e experi\u00eancias mais diversificadas. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e0 medida que os turistas se familiarizarem mais com o destino e come\u00e7arem a fazer reservas diretas, as parcerias com OTAs globais devem ser fortalecidas, e as TOs\/TAs devem adaptar suas ofertas para oferecer pacotes para experi\u00eancias e atra\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise avan\u00e7ada de m\u00eddia social deve ser aproveitada para priorizar os pontos problem\u00e1ticos e as del\u00edcias da experi\u00eancia do turista, e outros data dispon\u00edveis devem ser capitalizados e agora disponibilizados publicamente para gerar insights de neg\u00f3cios para os investidores.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-8 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom-small:8px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:50;line-height:1.2;\">4 - A fase de \u201cestabelecimento<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>O valor da marca do destino agora deve ser alto o suficiente para que os esfor\u00e7os de marketing possam ser direcionados principalmente para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de novas experi\u00eancias e atra\u00e7\u00f5es. O conselho de turismo ou a autoridade do destino deve se concentrar em pol\u00edticas e medidas para aumentar os gastos dos turistas, oferecer experi\u00eancias de alta qualidade aos visitantes e manter uma forte pontua\u00e7\u00e3o do promotor l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>De modo geral, nesse est\u00e1gio, deve haver pouca interven\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades governamentais no que diz respeito \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta tur\u00edstica, pois o destino seria atraente do ponto de vista do investimento para os participantes do setor privado que buscam um ROI atraente.
