Assim, as redes sociais pagas s\u00e3o um canal essencial, especialmente o Facebook Dynamic Ads for Travel, que permite a coleta de sinais intencionais que conferem efici\u00eancia a todos os esfor\u00e7os feitos nas ativa\u00e7\u00f5es digitais do topo do funil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sabendo que o caminho de convers\u00e3o para pacotes de viagem \u00e9 longo, a TUI queria obter uma vis\u00e3o concreta do impacto das campanhas do Facebook em todo o processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o on-line de seus alvos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo era sair dos modelos de atribui\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o para medir com precis\u00e3o a incrementalidade dos neg\u00f3cios gerada pela publicidade social nas reservas on-line de sites, sejam elas diretas ou indiretas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Estrat\u00e9gia <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O uso do Facebook Attribution parecia ser \u00f3bvio, pois a ferramenta integra nativamente uma vis\u00e3o incremental por meio da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o data-driven dedicada a campanhas pagas no Facebook, Instagram, Messenger e Audience Network.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Usando o modelo data-driven, utilizamos o Facebook Attribution para estimar aumentos incrementais no desempenho da campanha para a TUI com base nos resultados de experimentos controlados aleat\u00f3rios (Conversion Lift) realizados por anunciantes da mesma vertical.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como consequ\u00eancia, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o foi menos padronizada, imparcial e mais precisa, atribuindo decimais de convers\u00e3o para destacar a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o das campanhas do Facebook para o total de reservas em um grande n\u00famero de caminhos de convers\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Resultados <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ao usar a modelagem de atribui\u00e7\u00e3o orientada por Data, a TUI observou um aumento de 20% no n\u00famero de reservas geradas diretamente ou auxiliadas por campanhas do Facebook em neg\u00f3cios essenciais no segundo semestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As campanhas do Facebook n\u00e3o estavam apenas gerando reservas diretas, mas tamb\u00e9m participavam significativamente da melhoria do desempenho
