Het gevolg is een dubbele uitdaging voor dit publiek, dat zowel de num\u00e9rique als de diensten - bank, gezondheidszorg, mobiele telefonie... - die ze nodig hebben voor hun dagelijkse activiteiten, wil uitsluiten.<\/p>\n<p>Gezien deze constatering is het absoluut noodzakelijk dat de bedrijven die hun diensten ontwikkelen rekening houden met de mensen die problemen hebben met hun digitale omgeving. Er bestaan verschillende oplossingen: ontwerp toepassingen en sites die rekening houden met de diversiteit van de gebruikers, begeleid klanten bij het online aanbieden van hun diensten, zorg voor een evenwichtige verbinding tussen fysieke en digitale contactpunten... Met alle middelen ontwerpen ze een wereld waarin de essenti\u00eble diensten voor iedereen toegankelijk zijn.
