Artefact and Dust help large enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and change how their people and organizations work.

Paris, November 3rd 2026 – Today, Artefact announces that it has officially partnered with Dust, the multiplayer AI platform for human-agent collaboration. Together, Artefact and Dust will help large enterprises turn AI ambition into practical, governed adoption. Through its People & Organization AI Transformation offer, Artefact helps companies manage the human, organizational, and skills impact of AI at scale, while Dust provides a collaborative, no-code platform where teams build and deploy AI agents connected to their company data and tools.

From AI experimentation to transformation

Many organizations are experimenting with AI, but few have changed how their teams actually work. Closing that gap requires more than technology: it takes a clear approach to identifying opportunities, managing risks, governing data access, and helping teams integrate reliable solutions into their daily work.

Artefact and Dust bring these capabilities together. Artefact supports organizations from strategy and use-case discovery through governance design, team enablement, and hands-on delivery. Dust provides the platform with multi-model flexibility, native integrations, and enterprise security and administration controls, allowing organizations to set strict permissions for data, tools, systems, and agents.

“Our experience with Dust at Bpifrance marks the starting point of a partnership rich in opportunities. We believe in the platform’s potential and its ability to democratize agentic AI for our clients.” – Fabrice Henry, Group COO at Artefact

“Artefact goes after the hardest part of AI: transforming how people and organizations work. That ambition is in Dust’s DNA. Bpifrance was the first proof of what we can do together.” – Thibault Martin, Head of Partnerships at Dust

A proven model at Bpifrance

The partnership is already delivering results at Bpifrance, France’s public investment bank. Following a four-month pilot with 100 employees from its IT, Digital, and Transformation teams, Bpifrance identified more than 60 opportunities for AI agents and selected Dust as its no-code agentic AI platform for complex use cases.

Working seamlessly together, Artefact, Bpifrance, and Dust established a governance framework in under four weeks, covering license attribution, agent risk classification, and connector governance. The deployment now spans 500 licenses across Bpifrance’s business lines, with more than 1,500 agents created in just a few months.

Artefact worked alongside Bpifrance’s teams to prioritize these use cases, build agents, test connectors, and support user adoption. Bpifrance is now moving toward more complex use cases, deeper integrations, and MCP-based connections, with Artefact continuing to support builder enablement and agent performance monitoring.

“The challenge is not to do AI for AI’s sake. With Dust, we enable bottom-up innovation: business teams themselves build their own agents, connected to their data and tools. Our role, with Artefact’s support, is to identify the most promising use cases, make them robust, and industrialize them.” – Pierre Jarrijon, Head of AI Acceleration at Bpifrance
