What you will be doing: Key responsibilities

Among your responsibilities as Director, you will:
Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projects
Pilot multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, strategic planners, media traders)
Ensure the highest level of quality of output to your clients
Accountable for the success of the projects from a client and team perspective
Lead & develop the U.S. consulting team
Develop consultants' expertise through training and best practice sharing with the other countries (digital ecosystem, consulting hard skills, soft skills, etc.)
Communicate the department's successes and results at the country level (ex: through events and PR)
Develop client portfolio
Monitor and grow Artefact U.S.’s commercial pipeline
Build and present thoughtful, attuned proposals supporting prospective client needs
What we are looking for
Demonstrated success in your first 6-10 years of career at a consulting, media, or technology firm (or in-house in a related capacity), with robust experience managing both projects and clients.
Firm command of digital, marketing, data, and technology ecosystem, including current and future trends
Business development mindset, preferably with experience building and growing a book of business
Ability to serve as a thought leader on topics at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology; expertise in one or more industry verticals is preferred (e.g. CPG, financial services, healthcare, telecom).
