Artefact strengthens global leadership team with four Partners’ promotions.

High-achievers in France, MENA and APAC all promoted to partner level. In France, Justine Nerce has been promoted to Partner, Data Consulting, and Florian Thiebaut has been named Partner, Data Marketing.
In MENA, Oussama Ahmad, Director of Data & Digital Consulting, has become Partner, Data and Digital Consulting.
In APAC, Xavier Mussard, Senior Director, has become Partner, Artefact Asia.
Artefact has strengthened its global senior leadership team by promoting four high-achieving leaders in France, MENA and APAC to Partner level. They will be responsible for growing Artefact’s business in their local markets.
In France, Justine Nerce has been promoted to Partner, Data Consulting, and Florian Thiebaut has been named Partner, Data Marketing, after both having achieved amazing performances over these last 5 years at Artefact France.
In MENA, Oussama Ahmad, has become Partner, Data and Digital Consulting
In APAC, Xavier Mussard, has been appointed Partner, Artefact Asia.
As with all promotions at Artefact, the Partner Committee followed a fair and transparent process to determine who advanced to partner level. This included looking at achievements over the last year, and all candidates presented a business growth proposal to the board of directors.
All selected partners successfully demonstrated ability in the following areas: The ability to interact with senior clients; Perfect delivery of projects; Commercial instinct to generate qualified business cases; Team development to help our teams grow.
Justine Nerce is an inspiring role model for her peers, always ready to take on innovative and far-reaching challenges. Her remit is focussed on data governance and the deployment of complex data platforms.
Florian Theibaut is The Artefact’s Data Marketing expert on all fronts of Precision Marketing, MROI, Data Analytics, and deploys Ad Tech and Mar Tech platforms for clients around the globe.
Oussama Ahmad, after joining Artefact in July 2019, has been instrumental in growing the business in Dubai and expanding the company’s footprint in new countries (Saudi, Kuwait) and new industries (telecom, tourism, real estate). He specialises in data strategy and transformation, data-driven insights and reporting, CVM and data platforms.
Xavier Mussard joined Artefact at the end of 2018, and after supporting early-stage projects in Dubai, moved to China in May 2019 to grow Artefact’s APAC business. There, his successes have included delivering complex data projects and leading talent management processes in the region.
