Women@Artefact Employee initiative for an inclusive workplace
At the end of the year we’d like to look back at all the diversity initiatives we have taken through the Women@Artefact program. It aims to develop an inclusive corporate culture, help women access data careers and increase the number of women in top management positions at Artefact.
We hope these actions will also inspire you to increase the presence of women in the Tech business, simply because data prove that when there is parity between male and female in the board of enterprises, companies are +25% more productive and efficient!

In 2022 Artefact has hosted at their offices or participated in conferences with women who are role models showing that a data career can be both passionate and a reality.

1- Transfer of data knowledge to accelerate professional transition
Artefact partners with Sistech programs to support women in their job research, which is a European organization that works to empower refugee women through digital and tech jobs. More than 10 Artefactors have already shared their data & digital know-how with displaced women who all have found a job after this 3 month individual mentoring.
It’s one of the missions that drives us the most: the democratization of data and the social impact that we can have as a fast-growing employee, no matter what the person’s background, nationality, or degree.

2- Digital & data inclusion for people in need by giving our time
Artefact is partnering with the organism WeTechCare that provides online insertion programs to help marginalized people to be better involved in the society and the economy.
By giving their time, Artefact employees help those who are most in need to get more integrated through dedicated data and AI training sessions.
