Deploying AI within a large organisation has become a strategic priority. Many organisations have already launched adoption programmes, but not all of them are succeeding in turning this into a real driver of operational performance.

Paris, June 17 2026

Usage remains fragmented, the impact is difficult to measure, and the expected value is not materialising. The problem is not technological; it is organisational and human.

The same barriers crop up time and again: an unspoken fear of being replaced, managers who lack the tools to support change and champion transformation within their teams, a lack of internal champions capable of driving adoption over the long term, or an incomplete understanding of the value these tools bring to one’s own role. And with the emergence of agent-based AI, a new level of complexity is added: it is no longer just a matter of learning a tool, but of rethinking workflows and ways of collaborating.

Artefact AI Academy has been structured to address these challenges in their operational reality, drawing on insights gained through working with our clients across a wide range of human, regulatory and cultural contexts.

01. The right message, to the right persona, at the right time. Executives, managers, champions, frontline staff, AI builders: every audience has its own challenges, barriers and drivers. Sending the same message to everyone means convincing no one.

02. Driving adoption means raising awareness of value. Content must be personalised and grounded in reality so that the audience feels it applies to them. To achieve this, we map out the challenges and sources of value function by function. And we share and enrich them with the learners.

03. Skills are built through practice, not by listening or reading. Our coaches get people to do things and assess the results. Each session is designed as an engaging experience, based on real-world use cases. Information alone does not create reflexes.

04. Resistance is addressed through knowledge. Fears of being replaced or environmental concerns are not dispelled by reassuring words alone. They are dispelled when employees truly understand what AI is, how it works, and what its strengths and weaknesses are. We must demystify AI and provide transparency in the face of media hype.

05. Moving from individual gains to measurable performance at scale requires a reorganisation of work. Managers are the key drivers of transformation at scale. They must be supported so that they are able to measure the changes brought about by
