Artefact replaced a manual, analyst-dependent Voice of the Customer process with a fully automated Generative AI platform powered by Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker. Leveraging unsupervised clustering and few-shot LLM prompting, the system autonomously discovers granular topics from call centres, surveys, and social media across global markets. AWS DataZone governs and distributes validated models from a central global hub to local market environments. The results were transformative: a 90% reduction in monthly execution costs, an 83% reduction in prediction time, and a +5.9% uplift in conversion rate validated at 98% statistical significance through rigorous A/B testing.

2- Automating consumer healthcare with Generative AI: a leading pharmaceutical company in Colombia.

Artefact designed and deployed a RAG-based Generative AI live agent on Amazon Bedrock to autonomously handle consumer pharmaceutical inquiries across multiple brands in the SOCOPAC region. The agent retrieves responses exclusively from approved regulatory documentation, with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails enforcing pharmaceutical-grade compliance, programmatically blocking off-label medical advice, prescription guidance, and competitor comparisons. The solution achieved 100% guardrail compliance in production (0% off-label violation rate), delivered 24/7 consumer support without linear headcount growth, and enabled the company to fully transition to an autonomous Consumer Healthcare operation.
